ESC are a Jersey governmental department that seeks to influence and support the development of programmes and facilities designed to provide opportunities for everyone to become and remain involved in sport and recreational activities.

ESC provide grants and sponsorship for the following categories:
Capital, Equipment, Travel Costs,  Young people with identified potential, Coaching and officiating, Special achievement awards.
