Travel Subsidies
The Club wishes to encourage riders to participate in off-island competitive events. Therefore, travel to these events will be considered by The Committee on a case-by-case basis, depending upon the level of competition.
Events considered by The Committee to be recreational cycling will not be eligible for travel subsidy i.e. Sportives and Training Trips!
Whilst not a requirement, The Committee are happy to consider applications for travel subsidy in advance of the planned event - this is encouraged to ensure you are not disappointed!
In all cases, subsidy is provided by way of a refund upon provision of receipts etc.
The standard subsidy will be equivellent to 1/3rd of total travel costs.
