26/04/09 - Mont Cambrai Divisional Road Race
A blustery but relatively clear morning, a mixed turnout in the 3 divisions and a couple of craches to boot, oh and a hill everyone hates! That’s Mont Cambrai. Bad news for Martin Smtih after a suspected broken wrist following his crash. We wish you a speedy recovery Martin.
Well done Jim Davis helping Velo Sport to 2 out of 3 divisional wins after Vince Peron took the Division 1 race from Russell Crowder. Anthony Chandlen continuing to ride strongly in Division 1 with 3rd place. Well done to the C’s for taking the top 6 spots in Division 2, first Velo coming home in 7th place there was Stephen Hayley and a junior to boot! Well done Stephen. Keep up the good riding.
